1.      The Simrad collection comprises a mixture of brochures, manuals, and several EMForensics-copyright reports describing observed behaviors that are accessible only to subscribers. Please note that some Simrad systems are labeled as Simrad Anritsu; copyright of the documentation for these systems may be held jointly by both companies. Note, too, that many Simrad systems are derived from Koden-manufactured scanners, and some aspects of their description may be the copyright of Koden. When in doubt, it should be assumed that all three corporations have some claim to copyright.

2.      You may download any of these documents to your own storage system. When doing so, please bear in mind that their presence on a 'local' system does NOT absolve you from the obligation to observe the copyright laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

3.      You may not download and store any EMForensics-copyright characterization report
